organized, and positive experience for every athlete.
Team Responsibilities
Each team will help support game-day operations throughout the season.
- Provide water or Gatorade for the concession stand
- Assist with game-day support needs
- Help with additional tasks assigned during the season
Team assignments will be discussed during the parent meeting.
Volunteer Requirements
Each family is required to complete 4 volunteer hours per participant:
- 2 hours in concessions

2 hours supporting park operations
- Field preparation
- Cleanup
- Events
- League support
Advanced Baseball Sunday Support
Sunday Advanced Baseball events require volunteers to help
keep operations running smoothly.
- Concessions
- Field preparation
- Field maintenance
- Scorekeeping
- General event support
